The film stars Nandish Mishra, Varun Sharma, Sambhav Bhatt, Sadhna Singh, Apurva Agarwal, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Surendra Pal in the lead roles. The movie was released on 25 August 2014. This movie marks the Bhojpuri film debut of Varun Sharma and Ashish Vidyarthi. The movie was a huge box office success. The success of this film motivated the makers to make two more films starring Ashish Vidyarthi and Nandish Mishra.
The film is a remake of the 2013 Telugu film Love in Singapore. The film was released on 25 August 2014, just few days after the release of Love in Singapore.

Soundtrack
The music is composed by Adnan Sami and released by T-Series. The tracks "Alam Badalte" and "Kya Ho Gaya" were released as promotional singles. "Alam Badalte" is the title track of the film.
Box office
The film was expected to be an instant hit but due to negative reviews and most of the audiences were turned off by the dubbing, the box office collections of the film reduced drastically and the film failed to make a positive impact. On its second day, the total number of tickets sold stood at 55,000 and in two days it fell to 30,000 and by the end of its first week the total ticket sales were just 40,000.
In the opening week of the theatrical run, the movie collected a total of Rs. 5.50 lakhs and the highest ticket price was Rs. 15.
The movie was declared an average hit by box office analysts.
